Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Commercial Services

Karla Cleaning Company provides professional commercial cleaning services based on the written proposal, estimate, or contract agreed upon by both parties. Services may include but are not limited to:
• Office and workspace cleaning
• Restroom and breakroom sanitation
• Floor care (vacuuming, mopping, light buffing)
• Trash removal
• Common area cleaning
• Apartment and building common spaces

Any service not listed in the agreement is not included unless approved in writing and may incur additional charges.

2. Contract & Scheduling
• Services are performed according to the agreed schedule (daily, weekly, biweekly, monthly, or custom).
• The client must ensure access to the premises during scheduled service times.
• Changes to the cleaning schedule must be requested with at least 24–48 hours’ notice.

Missed Access
If our team cannot access the property due to locked doors, alarm issues, or lack of authorization, the visit may be charged in full.

3. Pricing & Payment Terms
• Pricing is based on square footage, service frequency, level of cleaning, and building condition.
• Commercial invoices are issued weekly, biweekly, or monthly, depending on the agreement.
• Payment is due within the agreed payment terms (Net 7, Net 15, or Net 30 if approved).
• Late payments may result in late fees, service interruption, or contract termination.

4. Supplies & Equipment
• Karla Cleaning Company provides professional-grade cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Eco-friendly or client-specified products are available upon request and must be approved in advance.
• If the client provides supplies, Karla Cleaning Company is not responsible for product effectiveness or related damage.

5. Health, Safety & Compliance
• We follow OSHA-aligned safety practices and proper sanitation procedures.
• We do not provide hazardous waste removal, biohazard cleanup, mold remediation, or pest control unless specifically contracted.
• Services may be refused or suspended if unsafe working conditions are present.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:
• Maintain safe working conditions for cleaning staff
• Notify Karla Cleaning Company of security procedures, alarms, or restricted areas
• Inform us of special surfaces, sensitive equipment, or high-value items
• Secure confidential documents and electronics prior to service

7. Damage & Liability
• Any damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.
• Karla Cleaning Company is not responsible for:
• Pre-existing damage
• Normal wear and tear
• Improperly installed fixtures or furniture
• Damage caused by client-supplied equipment or chemicals

If responsibility is confirmed, resolution will be handled professionally and fairly.

8. Quality Control & Satisfaction
• Quality checks may be conducted periodically.
• Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.
• We will correct verified issues related to the original scope of work.
• Refunds are not guaranteed but may be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

9. Confidentiality & Security

All client information, access codes, and building details are kept confidential. Our staff is trained to respect client privacy, security protocols, and workplace professionalism.

10. Weather, Emergencies & Force Majeure

Karla Cleaning Company reserves the right to reschedule services due to severe weather, emergencies, or conditions beyond our control. Notice will be provided when possible.

11. Contract Termination

Either party may terminate service with written notice as outlined in the contract. Outstanding balances must be paid prior to termination.

12. Policy Acceptance

By signing a service agreement or allowing services to commence, the client agrees to all terms stated in this Commercial Cleaning Policy.
